TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WEST EDMONTON RESORT (Casino at West Edmonton Mall)

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
   By accessing or using Casino at West Edmonton Mall's facilities, services, and online resources, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, please discontinue use.

2. ELIGIBILITY
   To access the gaming floor, User must be at least 18 years old and provide valid government-issued identification as required by law. Casino at West Edmonton Mall may deny entry to or terminate access for anyone who fails to meet these requirements.

3. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
   User acknowledges that gambling carries risks and should only engage in activities within their means. Casino at West Edmonton Mall encourages responsible gaming practices, including setting deposit limits, taking regular breaks, and seeking assistance when needed.

4. SECURITY AND FAIR PLAY

   Casino at West Edmonton Mall's operations are governed by the Alberta Gaming Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC) regulations. We utilize industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect User data and employ tested hardware with certified random number generators for all games.

5. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
   User acknowledges that on-site Guest Services, telephone support during operating hours, and social media channels may be used by Casino at West Edmonton Mall staff to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, or provide guidance.

6. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND USE
   Casino at West Edmonton Mall collects User data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations for purposes related to gaming operations, marketing, and customer services. By accessing our facilities, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in this Agreement.

7. GAMING TERMS AND RULES

   User agrees to comply with Casino at West Edmonton Mall's house rules, game instructions, and payout structures at all times during their visit. Failure to abide by these regulations may result in penalties or termination of access.

8. PROMOTIONS AND EVENTS
   Casino at West Edmonton Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any promotion or event without prior notice. By participating, User acknowledges understanding that rules and conditions are subject to change at Casino at West Edmonton Mall's discretion.

9. PROPERTY DAMAGE OR THEFT
   User is responsible for maintaining their personal property while visiting Casino at West Edmonton Mall facilities. We shall not be held liable for theft or loss of any item brought onto the premises.

10. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    By using Casino at West Edmonton Mall's services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our operators from claims, damages, losses, costs (including attorney fees), and expenses related to your use or participation in activities on site.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over West Edmonton Mall, Alberta.

12. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and Canada.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    Casino at West Edmonton Mall reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our facilities after changes will be deemed acceptance of new terms.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Casino at West Edmonton Mall regarding its operations, services, and online resources, superseding all other previous agreements, whether written or oral.

15. SEVERABILITY
    If any provision of this Agreement is declared void or unenforceable by a competent authority, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
